- Delivery Time: 1 working day after dispatch.

- Tracking: Fully tracked, with updates sent to you by Royal Mail.
- Recommended For: Fast delivery with peace of mind through tracking.
4. Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Delivery Time: 2 working days after dispatch.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: Fully tracked, with updates sent to you by Royal Mail.
- Recommended For: More affordable than Tracked 24 while still offering tracking and a timely delivery.
Important Information
- Delivery options available during checkout depend on the items in your basket, their size, weight, and destination.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working days of receiving payment.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
If you select a tracked delivery option (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48), you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to addresses within the UK.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delays and Lost Items
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate.
- Royal Mail considers items as lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date for 1st and 2nd Class deliveries. We will replace or refund lost items accordingly.
